bastad yes i do know now. and sum advice, dont go asking ppl to learn stuff. if you do you get ur hopes up and then they say no. i suggest search how to do it and learn by urself cause till u really know sum1 u cant REALLY trust them. You can but dont get ur hopes up. lol!

Ranking is a matter of trust, if you have active contact with anyone in a high position and he sees that you are trustworthy, reliable and active you are on your way to be promoted. (yeah, popularity competition basically)
